Method:

  1. Heat the heavy cream with the whole butter, salt & vanilla.
  2. Caramelize the sugar using the dry method in a heavy bottom pot.
  3. When sugar is melted add the corn syrup and stir until incorporated.
  4. Add the cream & butter.
  5. Cook to 2380.
